With 9 years of varied design experience, I love to explore through my intuition, asking deep questions to seek clear insights into the needs of users that I can share confidently with my team. I am a non-academic navigating academic language and learning challenging concepts to explain them clearly and I think this is what makes me a great designer.
My pursuit of doing well at building design has led me through an exploration of diverse fields like roof plumbing, home planning, and 3D design and instilled in me an appreciation for standards, regulations, data optimisation and design theory. I love understanding why design tradeoffs and constraints exist and that with a logical argument, they can be navigated to achieve a positive outcome for everyone involved.

I relish the opportunity to hear new perspectives and look for core issues. The stories I learn and the solutions I work on reward me not only at work but also often personally.
