using only openCV and Numpy in Python language ------------------in PyCharm add these python-interpreters in file->settings->(your project folder)->python-interpreter: '+' then add:opencv-python,opencv-contrib-python,numpy(clickin install packages at bottom)
you should set up a folder for storing images and provide its path in the program,,, thats it
