Include smoothing feature for HR reading in Wear watch

I included smoothing feature (can be disabled for Heart Rate value sometimes very jumpy
Disabled / 5 min / 10 min and 15 min are currently possible.

Let's test it and tell me if you think it's usefull, and if if can tune more the way it works (additional longer duration, ...)

In screenshot below see first results with 10min on the left, then disabled. 5min, 10min and 15min sliding average during a shaking period...
