Experiments with ElasticSearch.
I have been experimenting with ElasticSearch to learn more about it.
- loadbills.py: Example Python script to get data about the last 1000 bills that Congress has worked on from an open government API and load these into ElasticSearch then perform some basic aggregation queries on the data
