Background

I embarked on my coding adventure right as the pandemic began, finding a passion that was both challenging and rewarding. Over the years, I've honed my skills, working with diverse technologies and platforms. This portfolio is not only a reflection of my past works but also an embodiment of my love for continuous learning and innovation.

From mastering the intricacies of React to delving into the world of web3, my journey has been anything but ordinary. My portfolio showcases the projects I'm most proud of, the challenges I've overcome, and the skills I've acquired along the way.

Installation

For those interested in diving into the code of this portfolio or even setting up a similar one, follow the steps below.

Prerequisites

  • Node.js: Ensure you have Node.js installed on your machine.

Steps

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/szabolcsthedeveloper/Reactfolio.git
  2. Navigate to the directory:

    cd portfolio
    
  3. Install the necessary packages:

    (using npm)

    npm install
    

    (using yarn)

    yarn
    
  4. Run the development server: (using npm)

    npm start
    

    (using yarn)

     yarn start
    

Production Builds

When you're ready to deploy your project or to test it in a production-like environment, it's essential to create a production build. This version will often be optimized, minified, and ready for deployment.

Steps

  1. Build the Application:

    (using npm)

    npm run build
    

    (using yarn)

     yarn build
    
  2. Start in Production Mode:

    (using npm)

    npm start
    

    (using yarn)

    yarn start
    
  3. Run the development server: (using npm)

    npm start
    

    (using yarn)

     yarn start
    

Deployment

Once you've created the production build, you can deploy it to any hosting solution of your choice. Some popular choices for Next.js applications include Vercel, Netlify, and AWS Amplify.
