Every time you put a binary library in a git repo, one kitten is crying somewhere.

I discussed the issue with @Ikhoziainov. We both agree that in this case it's ok to store a binary file, more precisely, a library without which the project does not work. We do not have to use Gradle, Maven, etc. in the first homework. Also Ivan suggested me to "force close" the issue :)

No, keep the binary in a git repo is very bad idea.
You have docker, you can download the correct file during the image build.
