To see how we can execute the jar with
java -jar <Loader_i2b-0.0.1-jar-with-dependencies> -h.
Please notice that the file containing the type of agents and the data provided is required (Marked with an *). Also the default port for the mongo local connection is 27017.
After the process has been completed the pdf, docx and txt files containing the data will be generated into the Generated folder.
