This is the most recent update of the BRCA Exchange variant data since November, 2023. It includes variant data from ClinVar, LOVD, gnomAD, BRCA1/2 ExUV, ENIGMA, and the results of published functional assays selected by the ENIGMA functional assays. Most notably, this release contains 15 new variant curations by the ENIGMA BRCA ClinGen Variant Curation Expert Panel, providing the definitive clinical significance curations for these variants.

The October release of BRCA Exchange updates the data and includes a bug fix that had led to the omission of in silico prediction results from BayesDel and SpliceAI for approximately 7,000 variants.
