Simplified Page Type creation

This starter app has been updated to match the new simplified page type creation in the core package.

Creating a new PageType is super easy, no need to implement quite so many abstract methods!

Updates & Bugfixes

• Removed incorrect title tags.
• Bugfix to generateName method on basic Page type.

Core updates

• Updated to using font awesome 4.2 in the admin dashboard
• Fixed date attribute formatting when editing.
• Enhanced summernote.js to include a float-* class to allow front end styling

Fixed incorrect text in layout file.

Removed some un needed text from layout template.
