shell script instructions- All scripts are built to be utilized as similarly as possible- run script, answer questions, deployment runs to success or exits if there is a problem. Instructions-

1. Download File
2. Upload to Azure Cloud Shell: https://shell.azure.com
3. Change permissions to executable: chmod 774 *.sh
4. Execute script: ./[script name]
5. Answer questions to fill in environment variable values.
6. When completed, review the output file for success if a log file was created: cat [name of script].txt
7. Log into Azure portal to view the resources deployed: https://portal.azure.com
