EDACC Vagrant Project

This Vagrant project sets up a Ubuntu 14.04 server VM and installs an EDACC database with MySQL and the EDACC web frontend with Apache 2.

After installation the EDACC web frontend can be accessed from the host machine at http://localhost:8080/
