ARTseqFISH BETA

-This is a demo of the artseqfish image analysis software.
-Developed in pieces, authors are currently working on a major overhaul of the code to intergrate more tools
including other published tools to give easy access to code
-This code serves as a demo


The folder consists of -10.py files
		       -a folder with test images (see archive)
		       -a folder with test and training data for the SVM models (see archive)
