This repository contains hardware design files of six motor control driver based on MOSFET , manual and software code for six motors drive system.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• Compact Board size of 11*15cm.
• Current rating max o/t 42A.
• Voltage rating i/p 12v to 37v.
• Dual channel half bridge BTS7960 IC used.
• Six channel output for DC motors.
• Minimum circuits damage protection.
• Protection from reverse voltage.
• Heat sink for over heat protection.
