Irdroid Eye Control v1.1 (added voice contorol features)

Added voice recognition features for controlling TVs using voice commands. Available commands are "up,down,silent,lauder,power and mute". The feature can be turned on and off using the settings menu. The voice recognition is using Sphinx.
