I've added a new python mini project: a password generator. With this addition, users can create passwords based on their preferences for the number of characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, digits, and special characters. I believe this feature enhances security and usability. I've tested it thoroughly. Please consider this PR as my contribution to Hacktoberfest 2023.
