After so many years, this is mainly a "maintenance release" to "publish" the little changes that have been made since 2009:
- download counter was broken: version number was no longer recorded
- added IP blacklist functionality to download class
- class download: add
REL=nofollowto download links - some fixes for PHP 5.4 compatibility
- replacing short-tags (
<?) with proper tags (<?php)
