swoole-rabbitmq 多消费者异步队列服务

使用 Swoole 提供的进程管理模块，父进程当做变成守护进程，父进程创建再子进程（消费进程，监听信号进程，定时器...）
可作为独立队列回调服务，向rabbitmq队列发送消息，配置callback后，异步回调到callback地址，用于业务解耦。  
或集成到自己系统模块下，callback配置对应的 模块/控制器/方法，命令行执行回调。  

服务操作

启动: php index.php "command/SmcServer/manage" "command=start"  
停止: php index.php "command/SmcServer/manage" "command=stop"  
重启: php index.php "command/SmcServer/manage" "command=restart"  
查看状态: php index.php "command/SmcServer/manage" "command=status"

队列操作

查看队列、动态增加队列、删除队列，系统自动加载新的队列配置(使用redis保存配置信息)，还可以http增删改查

查看队列列表: php index.php "command/SmcServer/queueList"  
增加队列配置:  php index.php "command/SmcServer/addQueue" "queueName=send_email&minConsumerNum=3&maxConsumerNum=10&callbackUrl=callback/Message/send"
启动队列消费进程   php index.php "command/SmcServer/start" "queueName=send_email"
停止队列消费进程   php index.php "command/SmcServer/stop" "queueName=send_email"
更新队列配置:  php index.php "command/SmcServer/addQueue" "queueName=send_email&minConsumerNum=3&maxConsumerNum=10&callbackUrl=callback/Message/send"  
删除队列: php index.php "command/SmcServer/deleteQueue" "queueName=send_email"
