Add the new Release Statuses

I noticed some issues involving Release Statuses that I wanted to address, including the missing statuses. The change seemed straightforward, but let me know if I need to include something else.

You need to create a new db migration and not edit a very old one since it will only apply to new installations.

And I think this ones are intentionally missing!?

I reverted the migration changes as they are currently outside my scope of understanding.

Do you know any albums in our metadata API with those statuses?

@mynameisbogdan You mean on MusicBrainz, right? However, I confirmed these changes had an effect with a Withdrawn single from an artist I have yet to hear.

EDIT: I also have some albums that I will update to Withdrawn within my collection (i.e., mixtapes that artists no longer condone).
