German translation and Photo model

Included German translation (de-DE) by contributor.
Changed default photo training model from ukbench to photo (matching waifu2x-caffe release v1.1.0)

Added TTA mode checkbox

Added a check box to enable TTA mode.
8 times slower while increasing PSNR(quality) by around 0.15.

Make sure your copy of waifu2x-caffe support this mode before enabling it.

The console window seems very stubborn and refuse to go away. Otherwise it should work, because it just calls the CLI with the appropriate parameters.

If you know how to get away with that console window, or knows how to update the log window better, feel free to submit patches.
