Fixes:

  • change numbers output format to ES23.16 for better portability (maximise significant digits)
  • change order output format to allow reading TPSA for orders >= 10
  • align header columns
  • add madxprint flag to skip spurious/ugly output/input not needed (redundant), default is madxprint=true (for old format set to false).
  • these fixes allows MAD-NG GTPSA to read natively (from C lib) the TPSA of PTC/Berz (need last version of the lib that has been updated for this purpose).
