Use the NewsMAN plugin for OpenCart 2 to sync your customers and subscribers with NewsMAN lists and segments. It's the simplest method to link your shop to NewsMAN. Just create an API KEY in your NewsMAN account, install the plugin, and start syncing your ecommerce data to your email marketing platform.
To install manually, please follow these steps:
- Copy the contents of the "uploads" folder and paste them into your OpenCart root directory.
- Grant privileges to your user in the admin section by navigating to admin->System->Users->User Groups.
- Access admin->Extensions->Modules and install the NewsMAN Newsletter Sync module.
- Once installed, proceed to edit the NewsMAN Newsletter Sync module.
To set up NewsMAN Remarketing, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Extensions -> Installer -> Upload NewsMANremarketing.ocmod.xml.
- Refresh the modifications by going to Extensions -> Modifications -> Refresh
- Access Extensions -> Analytics -> NewsMAN Remarketing.
Fill in your Remarketing ID from your NewsMAN account under Settings -> Remarketing. Enable the Remarketing option and save your settings.
- The setup is automated – just log in to NewsMAN through OAuth, and your preferences will be automatically applied to fill in the settings:

Enter your NewsMAN API KEY and User ID, then click on the "Connect" button.

Pick the NewsMAN Segment to link with your newsletter subscribers and customer groups. All your groups will be listed, and you have the option to ignore a group or upload its members while incorporating them into any segment. Make sure to set up these segments in your NewsMAN account beforehand for them to appear in this form.
To enable automatic synchronization, set up a webcron to run the URL shown in your NewsMAN settings.
