In CMSSW 11_0_0_pre11 the cell validity check has been modified, which created STCs containing 0 valid TCs (#409). This PR includes among other things a removal of these STCs. As a consequence it affects quite a bit the STCs at high eta. And it also seems to affect the longitudinal shape of the 3D clusters significantly (most likely for the clusters in the inner edge of the detector): @snwebb FYI |
