  1. Implement parallel::executor_traits for thread-executors 

    - this unifies the two executor categories we have
- introduce a new threads::service_executor type as a generic equivalent to
  the pre-existing concrete service-executors
- minor fly-by changes to the parallel::executor_traits main template
