Python toolkit for analysis of intrinsic optical imaging data At present the scripts work only under linux and require python-2.7 with numpy, scpy, matplotlib, and mdp.



Released under the GPLv3 license.
Project led by Horea Christian (address all correspondence to: h.chr@mail.ru). Loosely based on the "ASF" MATLAB script collection by Dr. Damian Wallace of the MPI for Biological Cybernetics in Tübingen (2011).
