Ways to contribute to the Cheatsheets

Contributions are welcome in a number of ways. Possible ways include:

Contributing to exiting data cheatsheet and code cheatsheets 📝

  • Textual improvements 
  • Improve unclear items
  • Report typos

Create your own FAIR cheatsheet using the template 📄

  • Create a more specifc cheatsheet relevant to your faculty based on the design template
  • Make topic specific cheatsheets

This can be done by accessing the:

What files are available (e.g. Canva etc.) and how this works

You can access the latest data and code cheatsheet via Canva, a free-to-use online graphic design and publishing tool. Canva makes collaborative work a breeze, allowing multiple team members to collaborate on the same design seamlessly. The cheatsheet can be downloaded as a JPG, PNG or PDF from the website.

How to contribute

💬 Add a comment to one of the cheatsheets

  1. Create a free account on Canva or log in
  2. Access this links to to Canva page of the data cheatsheet and the code cheatsheet
  3. Make a comment to the original design via Canva's comment option

✏️ Edit the existing UU FAIR Cheatsheets

  1. Create a free account on Canva or log in
  2. Access this link to the Canva page of the data cheatsheet and the code cheatsheet
  3. Make a copy of the canva file by going to “file” and “make a copy”
  4. Make your intended changes
  5. Share the new document with us in form of a link or a pdf with a quick explanation of what you did
