Issue description

While Terrasteel armour is the same tier as Netherite, some of the Terrasteel tool stats lag behind a little. Compared to Netherite:

  • Terra Blade deals 1 less damage (same for Starcaller and Thundercaller)
  • Terra Pick does 1 less damage
  • Terra Axe hits 0.1 slower

This would allow the lexicon line comparing Terrasteel to Diamond to be updated (and maybe "durabilities" changed to "stats").

Adjust stats of Elementium and Terrasteel items
e823adc 
- Elementium armor protection value increased to same amounts as diamond armor, but still no armor toughness
- Elementium tool/weapon mining speed, attack speed, and damage increased to match corresponding diamond item values
- Terrasteel tool/weapon damage increased to match corresponding netherite item damage
- Terra Truncator attack speed increased to match netherite axe
