- Elementium armor protection value increased to same amounts as diamond armor, but still no armor toughness - Elementium tool/weapon mining speed, attack speed, and damage increased to match corresponding diamond item values - Terrasteel tool/weapon damage increased to match corresponding netherite item damage - Terra Truncator attack speed increased to match netherite axe (fixes VazkiiMods#4601)

Yes, probably. Although it's also still a Manasteel-equivalent with the repairs ans such. |
