Simple Heroic Death to CraftIRC bridge plugin.

Two configuration options;
- Strip colors true/false (would convert to irc colors, but CraftIRC doesn't expose this)
- Tag to send chat to.

For the latest CraftIRC's configuration; ensure there is a "custom: true" in the events block.
