1. Dependencies and Installing

 - POSIX compliant (Linux / MacOSX)
	- make && ./main   (try sudo ./main if the connection to the SMK fails)
	- sudo make install (and run 'statum-tuio' - try sudo if the connection to the SMK fails)
	- Linux binary can be found at bin/Debug/Stantum-TUIO-Bridge-Linux

 - Windows supported
	- Codeblock project file included
	- Binary can be found at bin/Debug/Stantum-TUIO-Bridge.exe
