Acknowledgments

The geom_stepribbon function was copied almost without change from the RcmdrPlugin.KMggplot2 package (https://github.com/cran/RcmdrPlugin.KMggplot2).

A very useful function but loading the plug-in always starts Rcmdr and resizing caused errors.
