The new release includes 2 new features and a new build for Mac M1 (arm architecture).

New Features

  1. Using placeholder/dynamic text in text-watermark. see available placeholders.
  2. Tile image watermark all over the page. (see sample images).

Both of the features above are added by @AnkurGel. Thanks for his awesome contribution! ❤️

All the features of the previous release should work as is.

  • markpdf_darwin-amd64 for Mac OS (intel chip) users
  • markpdf_darwin-arm64 for Mac OS (M1 chip) users
  • markpdf_linux-amd64 for most common desktop linux OS
  • markpdf_linux-arm64 for linux OS with ARM architecture
  • markpdf_windows-386.exe for recent windows versions

If you discover an issue or improvement suggestion, please report an issue. I'll be happy to include/fix it in the upcoming version.

This initial version includes the basic watermarking features.

Features

  • Draw image on every page of PDF
  • Configure Opacity option
  • Configure watermark position by X and Y offset
  • Allow negative values for offset to adjust from the opposite direction
  • Easy option for positioning image at center
  • Configure image rotation angle
  • Options to Stretch watermark to page width or height, proportionately
  • Options to Stretch watermark to page width or height at the middle of page
  • Render text on every page
  • Configure text color, style and font
  • Configure text rotation angle
  • Text placement by offset
  • Put text at page center
