Summary / How this PR fixes the problem?

  • Allow negative values
  • Show spinner arrows on hover
  • Drag and slide on the input label to fast increase/decrease value

I see some quirks:

  • I see a different icon for drag and drop
  • Input fields are disabled for me

But I think this is worth to merge
