Previously, one system tested by the decentralised optimisation was a cooling system including the vapourcompression chiller with code 'CH3'. 'CH3' has since been removed from the database because of it's strong similiarity to 'CH2' (only cost curves differed). The chiller tested in the decentralised optimisation is therefore also set to CH2.

The test of the decentralised optimisation script started failing after merging the databases for the old centralised optimisation and the database for the new centralised optimisation. This PR attempts to fix that test as follows:
