This repository contains the code for the algorith in "Robust Estimation of Tree Structured Markov Random Fields". There are 2 files:

1. Robust_Tree_Estimation_support_2.ipynb - Tree Graphical Model Estimation when random variables have support size 2.
2. Robust_Tree_Estimation_support_3.ipynb - Tree Graphical Model Estimation when random variables have support size 3.
