Tetrlang is an esoteric language inspired by Tetris. The instructions in Tetrlang are represented by Tetris blocks (tetraminos). Each tetramino has a corresponding Brainfuck instruction.
For building Tetrlang interpreter by yourself, you must have:
- Leiningen (http://github.com/technomancy/leiningen)
But, you don't need it for just running the interpreter.
To build tetrlang, type the following commands: $ cd tetrlang $ lein uberjar
tetrlang depends on:
- Clojure 1.1.0
- clojure-contrib 1.0
These dependencies can be downloaded automatically using: $ lein deps
To run tetrlang, just do: $ java -jar tetrlang-standalone.jar
You can try out the interpreter with example codes in the `examples' directory. Specify '-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8' option if your environment's default character encoding is other than UTF-8.
$ java -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -jar tetrlang-standalone.jar -f examples/hello.tetr
The interpreter has several options. To display all its options and their descriptions, run it with `--help' option.
$ java -jar tetrlang-standalone.jar --help
