Using console formatter

Care has been taken to make the console output of synoptic as neat as possible. Some of what it can do includes:

• Auto-wrapping and indenting
• Options to redirect to stderr
• Table, row and cell semantics to make perfectly aligned text
• Styles to control forecolor and background color
