• selectBox directive for styled select boxes
• checkBox directive for styled check boxes
• slideToggle directive for on/off style switches
• busyButton directive for handling the "busy" state of a form/request (ie - prevents duplicate requests)
• focusMe directive for focusing form elements on page load
