Add (action)

add overrides the default add command of the todo.txt CLI. It performs two additional tasks:

• It inserts the creation date if you forget to enter it (accidentally or not).
• Relative dates are turned into absolute ones. This only applies to the tags due and t (start date).
• In case you write the priority indicator at an arbitrary place, it will reposition it at the start.
