SEEDS (Stochastic Ecological and Evolutionary Dynamics System) is a Python package for studying evolutionary and ecological dynamics of populations. SEEDS provides researchers with an easy-to-use set of tools that enable them to quickly perform experiments. This includes a number of different spatial models, referred to as a "Topology". Each individual in the population is represented by a "Cell". SEEDS is designed to be easily extended through its Plugins system.
