MonClient should re-use previously assigned global-id after re-connecting. and should not have its global-id changed once it is authenticated unless monitor thinks otherwise. Fixes: http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/18968 Signed-off-by: Kefu Chai <kchai@redhat.com>
