Prevent default settings from displaying "Could Not Accept Changes" alert. #22

When traversing through the settings on a new CFEclipse setup, a couple of the preference pages have validation errors that prevent you from leaving that page, even if you have no desire to change that setting (or indeed any idea what it might be for).

Validation should preferably only occur when something has changed, or - if that's not possible - then the default values need to be ones that do not fail.
