Pre-requisites

Please note that installing the tools listed below is NOT a requirement to attend the workshop. All the materials will be available after the workshop which you can follow at your own pace.

If you wish to follow along during the workshop, it is important that the following are installed and working before the workshop:

• MATLAB
• COBRA toolbox - please follow the instructions on this page
• Cytoscape
• Cytoscape apps (can be installed from Cytoscape GUI): cy3sbml, yFiles
• Clone the repository for EFMviz
