We will make simple games that could be applied to encourage reading, browsing and discovery in library spaces. We will make a virtual library based on 2 of Borges stories, "The Garden of Forking Paths" and "The Library of Babel"
- 8 laptops running Chrome
- 2 tablets
- Projector with VGA-in
- The Internet
The demo game The Library of Forking Paths links to a game and service that are realisations of the Library of Babel world. They are both really inspiring and I think show the real possibilities of working with literature, reading and the digital and have led me to think about building an arcade for librarians
