This is a minor bug
softcore_betanow defaults to 0.0 because we have not yet found a good alchemcial path withsoftcore_beta > 0lambda_restraintsnow defaults to 1.0 to avoid the need to explicitly specify restraints in implicit solvent free energy calculations
