• initial DSL setup - @steveklabnik is on this right now, should be checked off soon.
• 'book compile': generate a TOC, and spit out a small web page (since RDiscount and the like already do MD -> HTML) with all of the links and whatever in place.
• More formats for 'book compile'. ** LaTeX? ** PDF (maybe via LaTeX?) ** DocBook?
