- bump `es6` to `es2020` - turn off `no-shadow` warning - `sha3.js` turn off `no-unused-vars` for debug functions
Move source files to `src` test: use files in `src` directory test: add broser based test - add http-server as dependency
because of staleness. - move `test/index.html` to root to assist `open in browser` thingy.
