Add DQMOnlineBeamspot streamer files for run 356383

Title says it all.
This is needed in order to update the CMSSW DQM beamhlt client unitTest now that we have a "final" event-content of the streamer files.

A new Pull Request was created by @francescobrivio for branch main.
