Update glibc to match what's on the standard system (Nov 30, 2015). Update DTV_SURPLUS from 14 to 32 to resolve issues where we run out of slots in DTV (needed by Fireworks). Signed-off-by: David Abdurachmanov <David.Abdurachmanov@cern.ch>
