Run3 production-like workflow contains duplicated NANO step since 12_1_0_pre5

We noticed that in 12_1_0_pre5, when running

runTheMatrix.py -w upgrade -l 11834.21 --dryRun

the output contains a new "step6", which is a duplicate of the previous NANO step, without some PU flags. Is this expected?
