A new Pull Request was created by @muell149 (Charlie Mueller) for CMSSW_7_5_X.

adding HLT object monitoring to HLT online DQM

It involves the following packages:

DQM/HLTEvF
DQM/Integration

@cmsbuild, @danduggan, @deguio can you please review it and eventually sign? Thanks.
